The top management of REACH consists of two entities – Board of Trustees and General Director, who are liable financial and other consequences of the organization’s activities.
Next comes the Program Director, he or she is responsible for the overall direction in which REACH moves, and the responsibility for managing the program activities of the organization.
There are 4 main units in REACH, which are under supervision of General and Program Directors:
- Administration unit – responsiblle for supporting of functioning of REACH, includes such sectors as Finance, Logistics and Supply chain, Security and Transportation, Reporting and Communication, Data and IT, Human Resources, Administration.
- Program unit – responsible for the implementation of different programs, such as Emergency, Livelihood, Community Development, Educational and Psychosocial, WASH (Water, sanitation and hygiene) and Shelter.
- Observation unit – responsible for monitoring and auditing of REACH activities.
- Networking unit – includes heads of REACH offices, who help the management to support activities in different offices – Sulaimaniya, Erbil, Kirkuk, and Mosul.
